Salon Policies

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will make every effort to accommodate you. If it should interfere with our next scheduled appointment, we may suggest that you reschedule. Please call us at (484) 461-3066 if you are running at least 10 minutes late.

We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice for all appointment changes or cancellation.

• For the consideration of our clients and staff, we do not allow additional guest unless they are being serviced.
• Although we love children, we only service children 6 years old and up.
• We kindly ask no food/drinks allowed in the salon.
• Our salon only uses Professional Products of our choice, unless client has doctor prescribed shampoo.
• Although Color services is one of our specialties, we do not apply color to first time clients.
• At the time of your appointment, please arrive with your hair combed out, ready to be treated & shampooed.
